This standalone property is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in a quiet, bright, and elegant setting.
The villa is spread over two floors and features four air-conditioned bedrooms, all designed with comfort in mind. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. On the ground floor, one bedroom also has its own bathroom, and a fourth bedroom has a nearby separate shower room and toilet.
An open-concept living area combines the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room, extending out through large floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the terrace. Outside, a spacious wooden terrace features a lounge area, a dining area, and a private pool surrounded by lounge chairs. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the cool mountain air, have breakfast overlooking the ocean, or share a dinner under the stars.
In terms of location, the villa enjoys a rare setting in Tahiti: the tranquility of the hills, without being far from amenities. Faa'a International Airport is about a 10-minute drive away. Downtown Papeete, with its market and restaurants, is 15–20 minutes away, depending on traffic. The public white-sand beach at PK 18 in Punaauia, one of the most beautiful on the island, is a 15-minute drive away. A convenience store is nearby for daily shopping.
Check-in is via a secure key box, allowing for flexible arrival times. In-person check-in can be arranged upon request 48 hours prior to arrival for a personalized welcome. Assistance is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. throughout your stay.
Please note: The pool is not equipped with a safety feature (fence, alarm, or cover). Therefore, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There are three cats in the neighborhood that regularly come into the house.
