For everyone's safety, a security deposit of €400 will be required as a card pre-authorization via a secure payment terminal before your arrival.

We strive to make your check-in and check-out as convenient as possible.
Here are the options available for your stay:
Early check-in and late check-out: possible, subject to availability and an extra fee of €25.
(This fee is non-refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

For your comfort, the accommodation is photographed and filmed after each cleaning (dates shown on the images).

Respect & Quiet
Please do not organize parties or engage in illegal activities. Avoid noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Capacity
Maximum 4 people (children included), as per the reservation.

Non-Smoking
Smoking or vaping inside is prohibited. Disposing of cigarette butts near the property is forbidden. Any violation will incur a €250 deodorization fee.

Air Conditioning
Do not set below 26°C (summer) or above 19°C (winter) when absent. The remote must remain on the table. Lost remote: €50 replacement cost.

Damages
Any breakages must be reported. Broken items must be replaced or paid for.

Cleaning
Please empty the fridge, wash the dishes, and take out the trash before departure.

Keys
Lost keys will be charged at supplier cost plus €20 handling fee.

Use of the Accommodation
No subletting. Only registered guests may stay on the premises.

Care of the Premises
Please take care of the furniture, equipment, linens, and floors.

Forgotten Items
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. A handling fee may apply if the concierge manages the shipment.
