The driveway handles 2 cars and supermarket shopping, coffee and pizza cafes are walk able: just 2 blocks away. So is beach access (10 blocks to the stairs down). SBCC is 1.7miles, La Mesa Park just around the corner and all of downtown and the harbor areas are within 5 minutes drive. The La Mesa Park has a kids play area and sweeping ocean views.

Booking will begin a 2 part charge for your reservation; within 48 hours 50% of the reservation will be charged. The balance will be charged 30 days out from the stay. Cancellations may be requested as follows; 100% refund (minus card charge fees paid) when over 60 days out from the stay, 50% refund between 31 and 60 days from the stay and no refunds within 30 days from the stay. Reservations made under 30 days out will be charged in full.

This home is a 5 minute ride to SBCC on the Mesa. Ride down on Carrillo to downtown SB in 5 minutes as well and enjoy the walking street of State Street, with many restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Fast Wi-Fi (g6) and off-street parking for 2 cars. Garage space is finished and has an equipped pool table. Great washer and dryer.
Our ADA mention is in the category of Partial ADA. The one surface and level floor and the tip-in shower with hand rails can fit many situations, but not all. Most door widths are not for larger wheelchairs and we do not claim full ADA. The driveway can be very generous in loading and unloading area as well, if used for one vehicle during the process. Thx D
