Cancellation policy
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel for free (minus the non-refundable deposit) until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don't show up, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

No show policy
If you don’t show up you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Deposit policy
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card.

Group bookings (from 8 persons):
Group bookings have a 4 weeks cancellations policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the total amount of the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival. A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent to you by email. If the remaining balance is not paid within this timeframe we cannot guarantee your reservation!

General
All tents and/or beds are including inflatable air mattress, sleeping bag and pillow.
Breakfast is included.
Reception opened from 07:00 - 23:00.
No curfew. Age restriction 18+.
Parking is available (free of charge).
Paid WiFi is available.

Payment terms
A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent to you by email. It is more secure and saves a lot of hassle for both if you settle your balance before arrival. Please note; paying upfront is not obligatory, payment upon arrival is also possible. We accept credit and debit cards and cash payments. Card fees are not included. There is also an ATM at the campsite but it charges high transaction costs.

Check-in & check-out terms
Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00.*
Check out from 07:00 to 10:00.**
* Early check-in is not possible. You can drop off your luggage, but the beds won’t be available before 15:00. Please make sure you check in before 23:00, then our reception closes. If you are later, please let us know. If you wish to check-in later than 00:00 we will charge a late check-in fee of €10 per person.
** Don't worry we won't kick you off the campsite at 10.00, you can still be part of the family until 14.00, then it is really time to go.
