Flat of 32m2 with balcony sea view on the 1st floor without lift:

- Lounge and relaxation area with a 3-seater sofa (convertible into a very comfortable 140cm bed), flat screen HD TV, small table, board games and books
- Dining area with a large wooden table and 4 chairs
- Open and equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso, microwave, ceramic hob, small oven)
- A beautiful balcony with a breathtaking view, outdoor table, 2 armchairs and 2 stools
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe
- 1 bathroom with washbasin and bath/shower
- 1 independent WC
Cot available free of charge (sheets not included).
Beach access at the foot of the building by crossing the road. A private car park with a reserved space will allow you to circulate without stress in the area. Bicycle rental at 10 min walk.
Just next to the flat, the Odalys SPA where you can book treatments or take advantage of the SPA facilities (Hammam, sauna, balneotherapy, jet pool, etc). We even offer you a small discount if you come from us.
The neighbourhood and the shopsThe flat is located a few minutes walk from the seaside resort of Guidel plage with its shops (supermarket, bakery, souvenirs) as well as its restaurants, bars and riding school. In a few minutes by car, you will find the centre of Guidel with all the shops and craftsmen (butcher's, fishmonger's, chemist's, cellar, banks, tobacconist's, etc...). You will also find a bicycle rental company less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Bus stop "Le Vallon" line 10 at 5 min walk direct to Lorient.
