- A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso, piston coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor fan, electric griddle)
☼ The living room opens directly onto the terrace and small garden through a bay window, you will find a table and chairs for 4 people, two armchairs as well as a parasol to enjoy fine weather and outdoor meals.
✪ An electric griddle is available for small barbecues.

► Upstairs :- A double bedroom (140cm bed) with bedside tables and lamps and storage space. Velux window with roller shutter.
- A double bedroom (160cm or 2x80cm bed) with bedside tables and lamps, storage. Window with roller shutter.

✪ At your disposal: Fan, cot and mattress (sheets not provided), high chair, board games, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes line, ironing board and iron.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the accommodation in the residence car park. You can park a second vehicle in the free adjacent streets.
The neighbourhood and the shops
House located in a quiet residential area in the centre of Ploemeur.
You can get to the town centre, all the shops and the market square in less than 10 minutes on foot.
Bus stop for Lorient and the coast 50 m from the house.
Central point for visiting the coast and Lorient, you can easily reach by car. The large Fort Bloqué beach is 7 minutes away, the small port of Lomener 10 minutes away, and Larmor Plage or Guidel plage 13 minutes away.
