The fully equipped kitchen includes two fridges, a large deep freeze, propane range and oven, and a propane BBQ. Propane for the BBQ and firewood for the firepit are provided. Note: there is NO dishwasher in the kitchen.
Bedrooms: The lower-level common area has 3 double beds with partitions. Main level has 1 bedroom with 1 queen, and 1 double bed. Second level has 3 bedrooms with queen bed in each room. The loft has a common room with 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 single bed.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and laundry facilities. All bedding, linens, towels, and soaps are provided.
The Cottage is conveniently located just minutes from Port Albert, Ontario where you will find the Port Albert Inn, the Fishway waterfalls, the conservation area, and a sandy public beach with free parking. It is a 10–15-minute drive to the secluded Ashfield Park Public Beach conservation area. The Amberly Store is 15 minutes by car and has groceries, take-out food, beer, liquor and wine. For large chain grocery and department stores, fine dining and more, the towns of Goderich and Kincardine are a 25-minute drive.
Please note that we can not host groups seeking a spot to have a rowdy drinking party. We are situated in a quiet community and expect our guests to maintain the peace and quiet. There is parking for maximum of 6 vehicles. There is no limit to the number of people at this property during the day. However only 10 people over the age of 12 my stay over night. We charge an additional fee of $24 per person per night/day over 21 people.
Well mannered pets are welcome. Pet fee of $24 per night per pet does apply.
