CHECK IN :
Our reception is open in the morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am (luggage drop-off).
You can access your room from 3:00 pm with the instructions and access codes received by e-mail before your arrival.
If you want to arrive outside regular reception time, you have to contact us in advance and we will get organized to prepare your room for 2:00 pm.

DEPARTURE :
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am

Reservations are non-changeable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
60 days before arrival: 50% of total amount due.
Less than 60 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount due, no refund.
