  • Apartment located in the basement level, however it has full size windows. Must climb stairs and there is no elevator/lift in the house.
  • We can arrange 1 double bed (180cm) or 2 single beds (90cm). Additinally, there is a double sleeping sofa (180cm) for the 3rd and 4th person. 
  • Satelite Smart TV and free WiFi
  • Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and ceramic stove.

  • There is a door  which separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment (living area / kitchen).
  • We can arrange 1 double bed (180cm) or 2 single beds (90cm) in the bedroom. A double sleeping sofa (180cm) for the 3rd and 4th person is situated in the living room / kitchen area.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and ceramic stove.

  • Some of these apartments are located 80 metres from the main building.

  • This 52 m² apartment with separate bedroom and small balcony can accommodate up to 6 persons (5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children).
  • Apartment has a sleeping loft additionally to bedroom.
  • We can arrange one double bed (180cm) or two single beds (90cm) in the bedroom. There is a double sleeping sofa (180cm) in the living-room, and a loft area with a sleeping mattress (180cm).

Alfred's Apartments, Alfred's Studios and Alfred's Premium apartments located in Downtown Reykjavik in the quiet part of the center. We offer self-catering accommodation. We are just few steps away from Reykjavík's main shopping street - Laugavegur, where you can find many different restauraunts, cafes, bars and shops. We are in 400 m from  Hallgrímskirkja Church.

Alfred’s soundproofed apartments provide satellite or smart TV and a kitchenette with a ceramic stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer. A communal laundry room is available on site. WiFi access is free.

The Sun Voyager sculpture and Atlantic Ocean promenade are within 200 m. Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre and Reykjavik Old Harbour is a 10-minute walk away. Just 5 minutes walk to the sparkling Reykjavik night-life!

Only 5 minutes (400 meters) to walk to the nearest pick-up / drop-off point for the buses going to the Airport and for all popular tours.
