Cancellations and Amendments

For any cancellation or modification, we ask for a written confirmation to acknowledge receipt.

General conditions of cancellation or modification: the administrative costs will be retained as well as a fixed compensation of: 30 €
– In case of cancellation or modification 30 days or more before the start of the stay: 50% of the total amount
– In case of cancellation or modification between 29 days and 15 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the total amount
– In case of cancellation or modification between 14 days and 7 days before the start of the stay, or in case of no-show on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
Any interrupted or shortened stay, for whatever reason, cannot give rise to any refund.

For any cancellation or modification having a link with Covid-19, affecting a participant in the stay and having an impact on the total period of the stay, 100% of the amount paid for the accommodation will be reimbursed excluding administrative costs, in the following cases *:
