BOOKING POLICY

If a booking is made 61 days or more prior to departure date then a deposit of 30% is due within 7 working days of a provisional reservation.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received by Sous l'Ocean Travel.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

If a booking is made less than 61 days prior to your service date then full payment is required at the time of the booking. The departure of snorkeling cruises is guaranteed from 6 passengers.

Depending on the number of participants, group bookings and the wishes of the participants, we will choose the most suitable boats. The cruises can take place on board Dinasha, Koimala, Hamathi, Hariyana, Assidha or on an equivalent boat. There is no individual cabin on the boats. If you are alone, you will have to share your cabin, with no guarantee that it will be with a person of the same sex (in this case, we warn the participants who are then free to refuse and not participate in the trip).

To take part in the cruise, it is imperative to be in good physical condition and be able to swim with or without fins.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel a paid reservation, you must advise us as soon as possible. Following cancellation charges will apply:

more than 90 days before departure: 80 EUR per person.

from 90 to 61 days before departure: 30 % of the total booking price.

from 60 to 31 days before departure: 60 % of the total booking price.

30 days or less before departure: 100 % of the total booking price.

We advise you to pay for the cruise by credit card in order to benefit from a refund full of the trip in case of cancellation (depending on your credit card guarantees).
