Villa Renata in Riccione was designed by Architect Renata Dottoressa Bedetti in Gabbirellini and commissioned by her in 1973. Construction was completed in 1977. The villa has always been divided into three separate apartments: one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The ground floor apartment is called GRAN SASSO, while the first floor apartments are called ANTELAO and PELMO. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 22 people.
