• All our rooms that can be booked for < 1 month have been recently renovated and refurbished (end of 2018). 
  • Actual room may look slightly different than the images of the room booked on the website (e.g. different colour couch, different view etc). 
  • All our prices on the website are inclusive of VAT/GST & Municipality tax. 

- Did you find a cheaper rate online? Sometimes Onlne Travel Agents (booking.com, Agoda) use the commission we pay them to further discount rooms or they only show applicable taxes in the final booking step. Although we do not agree with this practice, there is nothing we can do about this. Please contact us to match the price!
