All our houses include the following amenities: air conditioning, fan, towels, linen, clothes hangers, minibar, optional breakfast, and cleaning upon request (free of charge).
We do not have properties located directly on the beach. “Near beach” means that the house is close to a beautiful or popular beach.
For example: Cayo Levisa is 10 km from Palma Rubia.
You can also use the advanced search. The more checkboxes you select, the better the system can match you with the right property – top matches will appear first.
Your reservation is automatically confirmed, and you will receive an email with all the information about the property, including address, phone number and contact email.
The owner will also receive your email address and can contact you directly if needed.
You will also receive a link to your reservation, where you can view or cancel it at any time – no login required.
When booking, you will be asked to enter your credit card details.
To verify that the card is valid, a small charge of 1 EUR will be made and immediately refunded after the reservation is completed.
10 days before check-in, you will receive an email notification informing you that your card is about to be charged.
7 days before arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged via a secure European POS terminal.
The remaining 60% must be paid in cash upon arrival directly to the Cuban property owner.
If the payment is successful, an invoice will be sent to your email. If the payment fails, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified.
You can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival.
If you cancel later or do not show up, the 40% deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining 60% in cash will not be collected.
You will receive a confirmation email with a personal link to view or cancel your reservation at any time.
