Before Booking

Please read the following information before making a reservation.

Check-in: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon)

Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is completed using the credit card payment link in the automatic email sent after your booking request.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, your booking request will be canceled.

• Early check-in from 3:00 PM may be available on some days. Please contact us in advance.

• No curfew after check-in.

• Depending on your arrival time, self check-in may be required. Instructions will be sent in advance if necessary.

• Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Details will be provided after booking confirmation. Overnight storage is available upon request.

• Dormitory rooms are available for guests aged 7 and over. Guests with younger children must book a private room. Children are counted as guests.

• Our building has three floors and no elevator.

• The shared living room and shower rooms are available 24 hours. Most guests are quiet and respectful, but the property may not be suitable for guests who are highly sensitive to noise.

• For groups of 5 or more, please contact us by email before booking. As we mainly accommodate solo travelers, large group reservations may be declined, modified, or subject to special cancellation policies.

Cancellation policy

We are a small guesthouse.
Due to our limited capacity, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Also, to ensure that we can accommodate as many guests as possible, please refrain from making reservations before your own plans are confirmed.

① For guests staying with 1-4 people in total
- Free cancellations up to 5 days before check-in
- 100% cancellation and change fees apply from 4 days before.
(For example, if you check in on January 6th, a cancellation fee will apply from January 2nd.)

② For guests staying for 30 days or more
- Free cancellations up to 11:59 PM 21 days before check-in
- After 20 days before check-in, you will be charged for the number of nights already stayed plus 10 days.
If you have fewer than 10 nights remaining in your reservation,
the remaining nights will be subject to a cancellation fee.

※ If you wish to stay with 5 or more people, please contact us directly so we can confirm your reservation and decide whether to accept it.
Even if you make a reservation through this form, we may decline your reservation or ask you to change rooms.

MIX DORMITORY

This room features a spacious double-sized bed with a single mattress, and ample space beside the bed to accommodate large items like backpacks. It's suitable for both men and women.

Amenities include: Power outlets, USB ports, reading light, Wi-Fi, hangers, and a locker for valuables.

DOUBLE ROOM

This is a private room with one double bed in a 13 square meter room. It can accommodate 1-2 people.

A work counter is also provided, allowing you to do your makeup or work on your PC. At night, only indirect lighting and Asian-style lighting illuminate the room, creating a magical and relaxing atmosphere.

Amenities include: work counter, reading lamp, mirror, hairdryer, hangers, power outlet, Wi-Fi, blackout curtains (1st grade), and earplugs.

OFUTON ROOM

This room features mattresses placed on the floor inside the closet for sleeping.

Up to four mattresses can be laid out, creating a japanese school trip-like atmosphere.

While the room is designed for 3-4 people, it can also accommodate 1-2 or 5 people upon request.

In spring, you can enjoy the full bloom of cherry blossoms from the large window on the balcony side.

Amenities include: power outlets, Wi-Fi, hangers, hairdryer, and balcony.

LADIES DORMITORY

This dormitory offers a private sink and basic toiletries from MUJI. The bunk beds have space for luggage, while the single beds offer a spacious, high-ceilinged environment for relaxation. Normally, this room is for women only, but men can use it if it's reserved as a private room for three people.
