The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The gues will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

general policy

General rules
* PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS. Customers are prohibited from bringing a pet into the apartment, they are obliged to compensate the object for the costs caused by the major cleaning.
* Final cleaning is not included in the price. The customer can do it for himself or buy it by service. The final cleaning includes the following: the dishes are washed and the garbage is taken to the waste disposal point. The furniture is put in place. Carpets and floors are vacuumed. The floors and surfaces are wiped with a damp cloth, the sauna and toilet are washed. Empty Beverage bottles and cans, as well as glass and metal, are sorted into the waste shed. The terrace and barbecue area in the yard area are left in a clean condition after use. Final cleaning can be ordered for a separate price. Ordered final cleaning does not include dishwashing and garbage disposal. If the condition of the apartment at the time of delivery is abnormal for cleaning work, the customer is responsible for the extra cleaning costs. During the vacation, the customer can also order outdoor cleaning for a separate fee.
* Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation price. The customer can take care of them either himself or buy them as a service.
* If the customer loses the key to the holiday home, he is responsible for the costs of serializing the locks and ordering the keys.
* The accommodation may be used by a maximum number of people, which is stated in the description of the holiday destination as the number of beds or which was stated when booking the holiday destination. For example, parties and other occasions where the number of people at the resort is temporarily exceeded must be announced and agreed upon in advance.
* All comments and complaints related to the accommodation facility's equipment and condition must be reported immediately after they appear directly to maintenance on phone number +358 20 7343 590. Complaints made afterwards will not be taken into account. Deficiencies reported only after the rental period cannot be identified together, and Tahko Apartments Oy is not liable for compensation for them.
* The customer undertakes to familiarize himself with the user manual in the holiday apartment and to follow the instructions and regulations in it. Acting against the instructions causes danger to the property and the customer, as well as liability for compensation to the customer.
* The customer is obliged to compensate the damage caused to the apartment and its furniture directly to the property owner.
* Items left in the apartment are stored for 7 days. If requested, the goods will be send to customer, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred for sending, plus a delivery fee of €10/shipment.
* The accommodation check-in time is 16:00 and chek-out time is 12:00.
