A guesthouse renovated from a 70-year-old traditional house along the coast in Uchiura, Numazu City.
As the entire house is rented out, you can relax comfortably with family or friends.
The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with frying pans, pots, and basic seasonings.
The living room TV offers Amazon Prime and Disney+. Wi-Fi is also available.
The second floor serves as the sleeping area. It consists of two 6-tatami-mat rooms, accommodating up to four sets of futons. As the rooms are separated only by sliding paper doors,
we recommend this space for families or close friends. Parking is available just a minute's walk from the guesthouse.
A stunning view of Mount Fuji across the sea is just a 3-minute walk away, and Izu-Mitsu Sea Paradise is also within walking distance.
Its location makes it perfect as a base for swimming, fishing, and exploring Izu.

As this is a rural residential area, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment where everyone observes proper etiquette.

※ 当施設は築100年の古民家です。構造上、壁や窓ガラスが薄いため音が漏れやすくなっています。
そのため夜9時以降は騒音（大音量での音楽、大きな声での会話など）にくれぐれもご注意ください。ルールを厳守いただけない方はご退出をしていただくことがあります。
田舎の住宅街ということもあり、お互いがマナーを守り過ごしやすい環境を保っていただけますように、ご理解ご協力をお願いいたします。

・ゴミの分別にご協力ください
・使用後の食器は洗浄後、布巾類でよく拭き、元の場所にお戻しください
・魚を調理される方は生ごみは別途ポリ袋をご使用ください。
・揚げ物油は絶対に流しに捨てないでください。

A guesthouse renovated from a 1970s residence in Uchiura, Numazu City.
Inspired by an artist's palette, various colors are used throughout the furniture and rooms.
As the entire house is rented out, there are no other guests. Enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Reservations are based on a minimum of two guests per booking.
For three or more guests, an additional fee of ¥4,500 per person applies.
(Children up to 3 years old stay free)
The facility may feel too large for just two guests.
We recommend reservations for groups of 4 to 7 people.
※While construction inside the facility is complete, we plan to undertake landscaping work in the front garden and construction of storage areas in the future.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Prices will remain at the pre-opening rate until the garden work is finished.
