Flexi 7-day policy:

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer our Flexi 7-day cancellation policy. You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date without any penalty. If you cancel within this timeframe, we will reimburse the full amount charged at booking via credit card within 30 days.

However, please note that cancellations made between 7 days and the check-in date will not be refunded.

For Non-Refundable policy:

If you choose our Non-Refundable booking option, please be aware that the total amount will be charged at the time of confirmation and cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation. We recommend this option if you are sure of your plans and prefer a lower rate.
