• 30+ days before arrival: Agency makes a refund of the paid deposit reduced by the cost of the bank transfer
• 29-15 days before arrival: Agency retains 10% of total reservation price (paid advance payment)
• 14-0 days before arrival: - 100% of the total booking price
• ‘no-show’ - 100% of the total booking price
