Cancellation policy:

Up to 30 days before the start of the holiday: 97% of the total cost
Between 29 and 15 days before start of stay: 75% of total cost
Less than 15 days: No refund

The Client undertakes to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Respect the arrival and departure times of the rented property, failing which the owner may charge additional costs corresponding to the occupancy of the rented property for the period not provided for at the time of the Order

Peacefully use the rented property, its equipment and the furniture it furnishes, in accordance with the former's residential purpose.
As such, the Client undertakes not to transform the premises, equipment and real estate subject to the rental

Return the rented property in the state found, including respect for the rented property and its equipment and furniture, in accordance with its residential purpose

Maintain the rented property in a good state of maintenance, including compliance with road and police obligations, hygiene and noise, odour and visual nuisance

Not to sublet, transfer, make available free of charge the property that is the subject of this rental

If the rented property is not returned in the same condition as it was at the time of the Client's arrival (in particular concerning cleaning), additional costs may be charged to the Client

The Owner reserves the right to cease providing all or part of the Accommodation at any time for any reason, including if the Owner has reasonable grounds to consider that these Terms have been breached.
