For everyone's safety, a €400 security deposit will be required before check-in, in the form of a bank card pre-authorization via a secure payment terminal.

We aim to make your arrival and departure as convenient as possible.
The following options are available for your stay:

Early arrival and late departure: Possible, subject to availability and a supplement of €25.
(Non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled).

For your greater comfort, your accommodation is photographed and filmed after each cleaning. (date on photos)

USE OF ACCOMMODATION
* No parties, events or illegal activities.
* Silence is required between 10pm and 8am to protect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
* No eating or drinking in the rooms.
* Do not leave any food in the accommodation when you leave.
CAPACITY
* Maximum 4 people. Please respect the number indicated on the booking.
NO SMOKING ????
* It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vapourise in or near the accommodation. Any non-compliance will result in a €250 deodorisation charge.
AIR CONDITIONING
* Portable air conditioning is available. Please ensure that the temperature does not exceed 7°C outside and turn it off when you are away.
TELECOMMANDS
* Any loss or damage will be invoiced at the supplier's price + €30 for management/replacement.
DAMAGE / BREAKAGE
* Notify the concierge immediately. Any breakage or loss will be billed.
CLEANING
* Before you leave: empty the bins and fridge, wash and put away the dishes.
LOST KEYS ????
* Replacement charged at €30/key.
OCCUPANCY
* Personal accommodation only: no subletting or assignment of the contract.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
* In the event of a failed payment via Airbnb, the balance will be paid directly on presentation of proof.
ELECTRICITY & COMMON SENSE
* Turn off the lights, fans and air conditioning each time you leave the accommodation.
* Respect the premises, furniture, equipment and decoration.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS
* You are responsible for returning them. Compensation may be requested if the concierge service has to manage the shipment.
