Cancellation and Modification Policy

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Fees:

- More than 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.

Any interruption or early departure does not entitle the guest to any refund.

When making your reservation, a security deposit is required in the form of a bank imprint. This is not a charge, but simply an authorization: the amount is blocked in your account for the duration of your stay.

???? Refund Process:
The security deposit will be released within 7 days after departure, unless damages are found during the final inspection. If repairs are needed, a deduction will be applied, and additional charges may be requested if the costs exceed the deposit amount.

???? Payment Security:
- You will receive the link a few days before arrival.
- The bank imprint is processed through a secure link, ensuring total confidentiality of your financial information.

⚠️ No other payment method is accepted for the security deposit.
