Description of the accommodation

Duplex of 30m2 in a pedestrian residence :

○ Private terrace with trees and garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol)
○ Modern and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, DolceGusto espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob, hood)
○ Lounge and relaxation area with sofa (convertible into a comfortable 140cm bed), WIFI, flat screen HD TV, table and chairs for dining, storage space + French window with outside access
○ 1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and separate WC

► Upstairs :

○ 1 bedroom with a double bed (new bedding 160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) separated by a small wall, ideal for a child. Office, storage space and French window with small balcony.

✪ A large heated outdoor swimming pool (26°C) is available in the residence for all to enjoy (open from May to September).

A large private car park at the entrance will allow you to move around the area without stress. In the residence, cars are forbidden for the greatest happiness of parents and children. There are several children's playgrounds and a launderette (for a fee).

On the way to the beach, you will pass the Odalys SPA where you can book treatments for rainy days.

The neighbourhood and the shops

The flat is located a few minutes walk from the very pleasant seaside resort of Guidel plage with its shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist's, souvenirs) as well as its restaurants, bars and riding school. In a few minutes by car, you will find the centre of Guidel with all the shops and craftsmen (butcher's, fishmonger's, chemist's, cellar, banks, tobacconist's, etc...) and its market.

A bus stop for the coast and Lorient is a few dozen metres away (only in summer).

The Tenant agrees to respect the following obligations:

- To sign the rental contract and to deposit a deposit (bank imprint, not cashed) before entering the accommodation;
- Not to organise any party in the rented premises;
- Not to smoke inside the accommodation;
- Not to disturb the neighbours;
- To tidy up the accommodation and return it in an acceptable state of cleanliness;
- Not to allow more people to occupy the premises than the maximum number indicated;
- To pay the rent and charges according to the agreed schedule;
- To use the premises peacefully in accordance with the contractual destination;
- To scrupulously respect the internal regulations and the conditions of use of the various facilities;
- To be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the Lease in the Premises which it has exclusive use of
- Any furniture, equipment, materials and objects that are missing or damaged or have been put out of service for any reason other than normal wear and tear shall either be replaced identically with the consent of the Landlord or paid for at the price of identical replacement.
- To respect the arrival time indicated, under penalty of not being able to access the accommodation without possible compensation;
- To respect the departure time indicated, under penalty of additional charges;
- Not to cause any disturbance to the neighbourhood;
- To notify the Lessor without delay of any malfunction or deterioration, whatever the cause;
- Not to bring any animal into the rented premises (Unless an animal is clearly accepted in the advert) ;
