Description of the accommodation
Flat of 50m2 entirely renovated on the 2nd floor without lift:
- Large and bright living room composed of a lounge and relaxation area (corner sofa with extra bed, coffee table, HD TV, games and desk) and a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. Access to a small balcony for 1 person.
- 1 kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, host, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, fridge, freezer, etc).
- 1 very cosy double room with a new Queen size bed (160cm very comfortable)
- 1 bathroom with basin and Italian shower
- 1 separate toilet
✪ Facilities at your disposal: Washing machine, baby cot (sheets not provided), baby high chair, baby bath, iron and ironing board, board games and fan.
The neighbourhood and the shops
Located in the centre of Lorient, you will find all the shops within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, craftsmen, bookshop, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. A few minutes away, the NAYEL shopping centre with its shops selling ready-to-wear clothing, decoration, take-away meals, etc.
In the pedestrian area, just a few steps away, you will find all the major shops, restaurants and Breton craftsmen.
Less than 5 minutes from the marina, the congress centre and the Jules Ferry park. Less than 10 minutes walk from the famous halles de Merville and its fish and shellfish market.
