Description of the accommodation
You will have at your disposal a house of 70m2 in the middle of a beautiful and large landscaped garden composed of :
- A large living room with a very luminous dining room equipped with a table and chairs for up to 6 people and French doors opening onto a balcony and the garden in front. A lounge and relaxation area equipped with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and HD TV
- A large kitchen with table and chairs fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, hotplates, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette, crêpes party, ...)
- One bedroom with kingsize bed (180cm), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe with hangers
- A bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed (140cm), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe with hanging space and hangers
- A bathroom with basin, large mirror, bath/shower and storage
- A separate toilet
In the basement, a laundry room with washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board as well as a large garage for 2 cars.
A cot is available free of charge (except sheets and undersheets) as well as a high chair.
► Exterior description
The house is set in the middle of a landscaped garden with a balcony overlooking the flowerbeds.
Around the house you can access a nice area for children to play (badminton net available) or to organise barbecues, aperitifs and lunch in the open air.
The access is secured by a gate and will allow you to access the garage. You can also park 2 vehicles in the garage downhill.
The neighbourhood and the shops
A very pleasant suburban neighbourhood in Lanester. 300m from the magnificent Parc du Plessis (a real green lung of 15 hectares, lake, children's games). Café, bar, butcher's shop 150m away, supermarket 400m away. Naval Group shipyards (DCNS, ISMER) and Porte Penher naval base 1.5km away. Naval Group headquarters and the Scorff Hospital are 2.5km away.
All shops are within walking distance, less than 150m from the house you will find a butcher's shop and a café/bar/tobacco/press. Less than 400m away are a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, crêperie, etc.
