- A dining room with a large table and chairs for 8 people
- A lounge and relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, coffee table and bay window overlooking the garden
► On the 1st floor :- A large lounge and relaxation area with sofas, coffee table, HD TV, fireplace with insert (wood not included), library and desk. Bay window and access to a terrace overlooking the garden.
- A double bedroom (160cm bed) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, rack and a large HD TV.
- A bathroom with Italian shower, corner bath, double basins and bidet.
- An independent WC
- A double bedroom (bed 140cm) with bedside tables and lamps, desk, chair and lamp (!) Please note that this room is accessible from the 1st floor by an internal staircase leading to the garden, it has a window and heating.
► On the 2nd floor :- A double bedroom (bed 140cm) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, cupboard and a baby cot
- A double bedroom (160cm bed) with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, cupboard and a desk with chair and lamp.

► External description :To the front of the house, a large paved courtyard closed by a gate allows you to park two vehicles easily.
To the rear a lovely landscaped garden with a large wooden terrace, lawn, outdoor furniture (table and chairs for 8 people, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol & barbecue).
The neighbourhood and the shops
A peaceful and very popular area between Anse du Pérello and Anse du Stole, you can enjoy the seaside within walking distance of the house, the beaches, the escapades in the rocks at low tide and the walking paths.
Less than 5 minutes walk away, you will find the small port of Lomener with a supermarket, a bakery, a fish market, a pharmacy, a tobacconist/press, several restaurants and bars.

# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am
Pets are allowed at an additional cost (maximum 2 pets).
# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.
