○ A master suite (160cm bed), a wardrobe with hanging space and private bathroom with basin and large Italian shower

► On the 1st floor :○ A double bedroom (140cm bed) with cupboards, storage and bedside lighting
○ A double bedroom (bed 140cm), with lamps and bedside tables
○ A bathroom with basin, bath and shower and WC
○ A mezzanine with desk area and sofa bed (140cm)
✪ A large garage with an enclosed parking space, a summer kitchen overlooking the garden and a freezer. A second parking space is available in the driveway in front of the garage.
► Exterior description :The house is located in a quiet and recent subdivision and has a nice enclosed garden with lawn for the happiness of children. A large terrace will allow you to enjoy long lunches in the sun or well deserved aperitifs :)
You will have at your disposal outdoor furniture composed of a table and chairs for 8 people, a large parasol, two deckchairs and a barbecue.
The neighbourhood and the shops
The house is located in a very quiet residential area between the town and the ocean. You will be 4 minutes by car from Guidel Plage with its shops, bars, restaurants, its nautical base, the Laïta estuary and its walks.
At 5 min by car, you can reach Guidel bourg with all the shops (Supermarket, Butcher's, Fishmonger's, Bakery, Press...) and the traditional market of Guidel every Saturday.

# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am

# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
