► Lounge and relaxation area with sofa and coffee table, flat screen HD TV, balcony access and roller shutters. Access to a balcony with partial sea view, small table and chairs.
► One bedroom with Queen size bed (160cm), bedside tables and lamps, desk and chair, chest of drawers and storage. Balcony with partial sea view.

► A bathroom with basin, Italian shower and hairdryer

The neighbourhood and the shops
The flat is located on the seafront in the small port of Keroch, a very pleasant and sought after area.
Rocky coves less than 70m away, small sandy beach of Port Blanc less than 400m away on foot. Hiking trails and GR34 at the foot of the flat.
A few minutes by car or bike you will find Lomener with its beaches, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars facing the sea.
Port Blanc bus stop (line 37, 202 and 206) at the foot of the flat.
