► Exterior Description : 

The house is nestled just behind the beach of Kerpape in a green setting in the middle of an enclosed plot of 1000 m2.

To the rear of the house a large lawn with many trees, shrubs, flowers, a dining area along the beach with a large wooden picnic table and a private and direct access to the beach through a small gate.

At the front of the house, a lawn and parking space with gate.

You will have at your disposal outdoor furniture consisting of a table and chairs for 8 people, garden furniture, deckchairs and parasols. 

The neighbourhood & local amenities

The house is located in a very quiet residential area facing the ocean and close to the Kerguelen nautical base where you can practice all water sports for all ages.

The large beach of Anse du Stole and the small port of Lomener with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are 20 minutes away on foot and 4 minutes by car.

For restaurants, Laurent will be able to advise you on the best addresses on the coast and in Lorient, which you can also find in your digital welcome booklet with advice, information and directions from the house.

# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
