✪ At your disposal in the flat: Toys, beach games, board games, cot (sheets not provided), clothesline, iron and ironing board. Three bicycles are at your disposal in the cellar.

You have access to the residence's private car park, but there is no assigned space. Three spaces are reserved for visitors, you can use one of them.

The flat is located on the seafront at Fort Bloqué, a very pleasant area with restaurants, bar, tobacco shop, bakery, biscuit factory and market.

You can enjoy a magnificent view and breathtaking sunsets over the Fort Bloqué and the island of Groix. The large beach is supervised in summer and is a favourite with families as well as surfers and kite surfers.

The seaside resort of Guidel Plage (supermarket, bakery, souvenirs) is only a few minutes away by car or bike, as well as restaurants, bars, riding stables, water sports centre, bike hire, etc.

A bus stop for the coast and Lorient is just a few dozen metres away. The cycle track and the GR34 pass in front of the flat and follow the whole coast.

# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
