○ A fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Tassimo, washing machine, plancha, blender, waffle maker).
○ A large double bedroom (160cm bed) with HDTV, chest of drawers, armchair, table and en suite bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin unit

○ Bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and WC. Hairdryer available.

2nd floor:○ A large room dedicated to children with two single beds (90cm) and blackout blinds, light garland, many toys (cars, dolls, dinette, barbies, etc), children's books, games, crayons, cuddly toys.
✪ At your disposal in the house: Umbrella bed (sheets not provided), high chair, washing machine, adult books, many beach toys (buoy, water gun, masks and snorkels, beach rackets, jump and shovel, kite, balls, children's petanque balls)

Exterior Description:At the front of the house, a large courtyard allows you to park up to 4 vehicles.
To the rear a large enclosed garden of 3200m2 surrounded by trees to enjoy the fine weather, organise large lunches or dinners outside thanks to the barbecue and table for 10 people, naps in the sun on the deckchairs and long games for the children.
The neighbourhood and the shops
A peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery behind Anse du Stole, where you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes and take advantage of the footpaths.
Less than 10 minutes' walk away, you'll find the small port of Lomener with a large supermarket, bakery, fish market, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent and several restaurants and bars.
