The neighbourhood & local amenities

A very pleasant and popular pedestrian area, where you can enjoy the town centre in a peaceful setting. Close to all the shops, numerous restaurants and bars, the marina and Jules Ferry park.

It's also within easy walking distance of the Palais des Congrès, the Moustoir stadium, the Halles de Merville and the departure points for the boats to Groix and Port Louis.

Parking is limited to 1h30 in the adjacent streets. Free parking a few minutes' walk away (Jules Ferry) or with a charge (Nayel). Bus stop a few dozen metres away.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
