Description of the accommodation
Flat of 43m2 located on the 1st and last floor with access from the outside (no lift) consisting of:
► A living room with:
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, fan-assisted oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster)
- Dining area with table for 4
- A lounge & relaxation area with sofa, coffee table and HD TV
► A double bedroom (140cm bed), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
► A triple bedroom (140cm bed + 90cm bunk bed), bedside tables and lamps and chest of drawers.
► A bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, storage and WC.
✪ At your disposal: A washing machine / tumble dryer, a clothes line
Outside:
In front of the flat, you can use the wooden walkway leading to the different flats for sunbathing or breakfast.
This walkway is not private, but is very pleasant with its unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
✪ At your disposal: a small outside table and 2 chairs.
A private parking space is available in front of the accommodation.
You also have access to a small, enclosed outdoor shed where you can store beach equipment, surfboards, wetsuits, bicycles (2), etc.
The neighbourhood and the shopsThe flat is located in a small, pleasant development of one or two-storey buildings and houses, surrounded by greenery and fields.
It is located next to the "Fort du Loch", 8 minutes' walk from the ocean and the Etangs du Loch, a magnificent Natura 2000 area where you can enjoy nature walks.
A few minutes by car, you will find Guidel Plage with its supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars, as well as Fort Bloqué with its large beach. Less than 10 minutes away, you'll find the town of Guidel or Ploemeur with all its shops, craftsmen and market.
Surf and kite surf spots within walking distance.

# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am

# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.
