- A dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, extractor fan, fan-assisted oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
✪ Large picture windows open onto the terrace, garden and swimming pool. Roller shutters.
○ An enclosed room with a workspace for 2 people comprising a desk, 2 ergonomic chairs, a screen, keyboard and mouse to connect your computer and work in peace.

○ A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, illuminated mirror, storage space and hairdryer.

The neighbourhood and the shops
The house is complemented by a pretty garden with trees, a large terrace, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and a pétanque court.
Enjoy fine weather with your family in the outdoor swimming pool, which is heated to 27°C and measures 6 m by 3 m with a depth of 1.40 m throughout.
⚠️ Access to the pool is secured by a roller shutter to NF P90-308 standards. Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
For your lunches and dinners in the sun, there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and gas griddle, a large work surface and plenty of storage space.
A large table for 6 people and a magnificent set of garden furniture with sofa, armchairs, 2 deckchairs and coffee table will enable you to enjoy the long summer evenings.
There is also a petanque area with boules alongside the house.
✪ Outdoor furniture, deckchairs, parasols, pool toys, inflatable mattresses, pétanque balls, badminton rackets, etc. are also available.
At the front of the house, you can park two cars.
