The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Fort Bloqué waterfront, a very pleasant area with restaurants, a bar, a tobacco shop, a bakery, a cookie shop, and a market.

The large public beach, just a 2-minute walk away, lets you enjoy the ocean and breathtaking sunsets over Fort Bloqué and Île de Groix.

The beach is lifeguarded in the summer and is a favorite spot for families, surfers, and kitesurfers alike.

The Lannénec ponds, a 3-minute walk away, offer beautiful walks in a Natura 2000 area.

Just a few minutes away by car or bike, you’ll find the seaside resort of Guidel Plage (supermarket, bakery, souvenir shops), as well as restaurants, bars, a carousel, a water sports center, bike rentals, and more.

A bus stop for the coast and Lorient is just a few dozen meters away. The bike path and the famous GR34 trail run along the beach and follow the entire coastline, ensuring you can enjoy magnificent walks without having to take the car.

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
