➥ FESTIVE GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please respect the peace and quiet between 10pm and 8am.
➥ The house is strictly non-smoking.
➥ Reservation age limit: 25 years.
➥ The accommodation is rented to you for a specific number of guests, defined at the time of booking confirmation. No additional guests will be accepted.
➥ Please respect check-in times, from 4:00 pm, and check-out times, no later than 10:00 am.
➥ Inventory of fixtures carried out by our maintenance teams before your check-in and after your check-out. In the event of a malfunction of a facility during your stay, we undertake to deploy all necessary means to resolve the problem. However, neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. Consequently, no compensation can be claimed by the tenant.
➥ The pool is heated from May to October, depending on the weather. To keep the water warm, we ask you to unroll the pool cover every evening. Swimming is unsupervised, and guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children.
➥ For the Spa, please do not touch the set temperature. For reasons of hygiene and to ensure clear water during your stay, A SHOWER BEFORE AND AFTER IS OBLIGATORY. Do not apply sunscreen before entering the SPA. In addition, when not in use, please put the cover back on to prevent heat loss, water evaporation, the intrusion of foreign bodies harmful to water quality and to keep the Spa safe.
➥ We are happy to accept 1 pet, subject to prior request by message. Once your request has been approved, we thank you for respecting the following rules:
Your pet is not allowed on the sofa & in the sleeping areas. Your pet is not allowed in the swimming pool. Please pick up after your pet.
➥ Electric vehicle charging is not permitted.
➥ Think of the planet: please save water (don't let it run unnecessarily) and turn off lights when you leave a room, and electrical appliances when you're not using them. In winter, when you use the heating, please do not leave doors and windows open for long periods.
➥ For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning. When you use it, please close doors and windows to avoid excessive electricity consumption. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
➥ For their safety, never leave young children unattended.
➥ To avoid any inconvenience caused by clogged toilets, only toilet paper should be used. In the event of inappropriate use leading to damage, a fixed charge of 550 euros will be applied for any necessary repairs.
➥ Throughout your stay, you must respect the premises. You will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to leave it in perfect general condition on your check-out.
➥ A contribution to the cost of cleaning and laundry, carried out by a professional company, is included in your rental. Cleaning of the kitchen (worktop, fridge, hob, ovens, clean and tidy crockery, empty dishwasher) and the barbecue/plancha is not included. We therefore ask you to do this before your check-out. If you wish, we can organize it for you. This option has a fixed cost of 180€.
➥ In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration (it can happen!) please report it during your stay. Objects must be replaced or reimbursed to the owner.
