☁︎ Points to bear in mind: The owners live next door to l'Écrin du Puech, which may be an advantage for you. You may come across them while out walking, but don't worry, they're very discreet and will ensure that your peace and quiet are respected. And if you need them, they're always on hand to offer assistance.

Hidden away in the Tarn countryside is a haven of peace perched on a hill, L'Écrin du Puech. Its picturesque façade is in perfect harmony with its architecture and interior design.

In the morning, gather with the family on the terrace for a delicious cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the splendid view over the fields and woods surrounding the house. After breakfast, take a stroll through the fruit trees or the 2 hectares of woodland (partially walkable) and if you're lucky and if you know how to keep a low profile, you might be lucky enough to spot some roe deer! Then why not head for the Arifat waterfalls, an 80-metre waterfall created by the stream, the village of Ambialet in the middle of a loop of the Tarn and its spectacular panorama, the Grandval castle, the Bancalié lake and its path following the contours of the lake in a unique and wild setting, not forgetting the episcopal city of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its famous Sainte Cécile cathedral.
After your adventures, enjoy a moment of calm by the heated swimming pool or go for a few lengths, relax in the Spa or treat yourself to a session in the gym. In the evening, spice up your pre-dinner drinks with a game of pétanque while enjoying the extraordinary architecture that surrounds you.

As an option and on request, you can book a massage session with a qualified professional who was voted best apprentice in the Midi-Pyrénées.

For lovers of motorbikes and hair-raising rides, we have the legendary Royal enfield 500 available for hire.

➥ FESTIVE GATHERINGS AND ANIMATED EVENINGS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please respect the peace and quiet of the site between 10pm and 8am.
➥ The house is strictly non-smoking.
➥ Age limit for booking: 25 years old.
➥ The accommodation is rented to you for a specific number of guests, defined at the time of booking confirmation. You cannot host additional guests.
➥ Please respect the arrival time of 5pm and the departure time of 11am. On request, outside the summer season and outside Saturdays, if there is no scheduled arrival on the evening of your departure, a late check-out may be granted.
➥ Entering the accommodation: as soon as you enter, you will be able to carry out an inventory of fixtures and fittings and report any defects (cleanliness, damage to equipment, etc.) within 24 hours. In the event of an installation malfunction during your stay, we undertake to use all necessary means to resolve the problem. However, neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. Consequently, no compensation can be claimed by the tenant.
➥ The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of June to the end of September, depending on the weather. To keep the water warm, we ask you to cover it every evening. Swimming is unsupervised and guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children. Neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for any accidents occurring during use of the swimming pool.
➥ Concerning the Spa, please do not touch the set temperature. For reasons of hygiene and to ensure clear water during your stay, A SHOWER BEFORE AND AFTER IS OBLIGATORY. Do not apply sun cream before entering the SPA. Furthermore, when not in use, please put the cover back on to prevent heat loss, water evaporation, the intrusion of foreign bodies harmful to the quality of the water and to keep the Spa safe.
➥ The house is equipped with a fitness room: please respect the condition of the equipment made available to you. In case of accidental damage, it can happen, it is essential to inform us immediately.
➥ Pets are not accepted in order to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
➥ Think of the planet: please save water (don't leave it running unnecessarily) and turn off lights when you leave a room and electrical appliances when you're not using them. In winter, when you use the heating, please do not leave doors and windows open for long periods.
➥ For their safety, never leave young children wandering around unsupervised.
➥ To avoid any inconvenience caused by blocked toilets, only toilet paper should be used. In the event of inappropriate use resulting in damage, a fixed charge of €550 will be applied for the necessary repairs.
➥ Throughout your stay, you must respect the premises. You must make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation so that it is in perfect condition when you leave.
➥ A contribution towards the cost of cleaning and laundry, carried out by a professional company, is included in your rental. Cleaning of the kitchen (worktop, fridge, hob, ovens, clean and tidy crockery, empty dishwasher) and cleaning of the barbecue/plancha is not included. This is why we ask you to do this before you leave. If you wish, we can organise this for you. This option has a fixed cost of €180.
➥ In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration (it can happen!), please report it during your stay. Objects will have to be replaced identically or reimbursed to the owner.
