3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas.

6. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Standard Reservations
• Guests are permitted to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event that a guest cancels within the 30-day period prior to their scheduled arrival, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Similarly, if a guest fails to show up for their reservation, they will also be charged the total price.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 30 days before arrival.

Christmas and New Year Reservations between 20.12.20xx and 06.01.20xx
• Guests are permitted to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event that a guest cancels within the 60-day period prior to their scheduled arrival, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
