A couple of things to know before you book:

Our villa is located up a hillside on a private estate so you do need a car.
There is no AC in the living rooms only the bedrooms.

Our Standard Rate Booking Terms

A 30% deposit payable on Booking - This is fully refundable if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival , if cancelled 29 days or less this will not be refunded.

Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival.  Booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited if payment not received.

We have a 5 night minimum stay for all bookings.
