  • Please note, some of these apartments are located on the second floor and there is no elevator/lift in the house.

DEPOSIT policy: You will be charged full amount after the booking. In most cases we will send you a special email with a payment link that you can use to make the payment online in a secure way. We also reserve a right to charge manually the credit card provided with reservation in cases when the payment link method is not accepted.

CANCELLATION policy:  The booking is non-refundable. Not possible to cancel free of charge. You will be charged full amount (100%) and taxes in case of the cancellation or no-show.

CANCELLATION policy:  You can cancel the booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, full amount (100%) of the reservation and taxes will be charged. In case of no-show, full amount (100%) and taxes will be charged.
