Cancellation policy
1. All confirmed reservations by Fruits of Vienna may be canceled within 24 hours.
2. Thirty or more days prior to arrival: - Request of cancellation in writing and we will send you a check for the paid amount minus administration fee ($50).
3. Less than 30 days prior to 14 days: - Request of cancellation in writing and give us permission to re-book the nights with another guest.
After the balance due is paid and we are able to re-book all nights, we will refund the entire cost of those nights (- administration fee $50).
In case the nights are not re-booked, you have to pay 60% or 1 night, which is more.
4. Less than 14 days: You have to pay the full amount unless we can re-book.
5. Maybe it's interesting to take a travel insurance, so you will be covered anytime.

A valid credit card must be on file for every reservation.
