El Villa I & II are located in Horto about 46 km south of Volos and 3 km from Milina. Our Villa is located 150 m away from the beach. Nearby you will find shops, taverns and restaurants. In a large property of 1800 sqm you will find a well-kept garden surrounded by many trees and plants, a swimming pool (4 X 6 m and depth 1.20 to 1.50 m) and a barbecue area. The accommodation consists of Villa 1 which contains two apartments and Villa II which is a duplex house. Please note that the swimming pool, garden and barbecue area are available for all the guests of both villas. Cleaning, linen and towels change takes place every 5 days. The bed linen and towels can be changed also earlier by request.

The villa is situated between Horto and Milina, where you can find shopping, restaurants and taverns. Bathing bays can be found in 200 to 300 m and further bathing bays in Horto 1,5 km and Milina 2,5 km. You can find more bays within a radius of 3-5 km The villa is located on a large plot of land of about 1600 sqm and has two apartments for rent. There is a third flat where the friendly and helpful house owner lives with her husband around July and August. The two flats on the ground floor can be rented separately or together. Here apartment no. 1 is rented without a pool. The sea view is fantastic. Flat No. 1 of Villa Notus (56 sqm) has a very large veranda of approx. 60 sqm with panoramic sea view and a pool for exclusive use. This flat is suitable for 3 adults or for two adults and two children. It has a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. It also has a bathroom with shower/WC, a well-equipped kitchenette with dining table, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, garden furniture, parasol and a set of seats on the veranda. The house has two floors and 6 apartments , four of them with sea view and two with mountain view. All apartments are modern equipped, clean and well maintained. The friendly homeowner couple always takes of their guests and strives to ensure that nothing is missing. In front of the house crosses the main road of the village and after 20 meters it can be reached the sea. The pebble beach is suitable for families. The house is located almost on the edge of the village of Milina just accross the uninhabited island Alatas and only 30 meters from the beach, which is separated by the local road. Milina is the gateway to the South and South East Pelion. From Milina you can reach towards east Platanias and Mikro as well Katigiorgis, at south you can reach Trikeri Agia Kyriaki and the small inhabited island Trikeri. A trip there is highly recommended.
