By entering your place of stay, you confirm your full and complete agreement with the general conditions specified below.

General conditions

Article 1 - Purpose
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking short stays in furnished house.

Article 2 - Duration of stay
The customer, by validating this reservation, accepts that the rental of the house is concluded for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3 - Reservation and Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective upon online validation. The customer may request cancellation free of charge within 4 hours of this validation. Prices are inclusive of all charges.


We inform you that in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, the customer will be required to pay, as a penalty clause, compensation set as follows:
- if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, you will not be charged anything;
- if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the payment will be retained by "Au Coin du Spa".

Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner
In the unlikely event, before the start of the stay, that the owner has to cancel this stay, he must inform the customer by email.

The customer, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts paid and a gift voucher of 25% of the amount of the reservation will be offered to the customer to be used on a future stay in the apartment.

Article 5 - Arrival
The customer can arrive on the specified day from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Article 6- Payment of the reservation
The reservation, and additional services not mentioned in the contract or the estimate will be paid before the stay.


Article 7- Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury.

Article 8- Use of the premises
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the house in good condition and must declare any damage for which he may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs.
The entire house is a strictly non-smoking area. Smoking in the apartment, even at the window, will result in the immediate termination of the rental without any possibility of reimbursement and a cleaning fee of €150 will automatically be applied for cleaning.
The customer undertakes to return the house in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and assume financial responsibility for - any damage for which he may be responsible. In the event of major damage, the contact details of the customer's insurance may be requested and an amicable report will be drawn up.

Article 9 - Inventory on departure
The customer must do a minimum of cleaning in order to return the house in a correct condition.

If the dishwasher is not emptied, a €20 fee will be charged.

If there are unwashed dishes in the sink, a €50 fee will be charged.

Article 10 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers.

This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 11 - Animals
Pets are not allowed. In the event of a customer leaving due to the refusal of their animal, no refund can be considered.

Article 12- Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by email to: adrien@aucoinduspa.fr

a) Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the stay: the cancellation is validated without any penalty or fees.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be debited as a cancellation penalty fee
c) If the customer does not show up before 12 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, the reservation is automatically canceled and a penalty corresponding to 100% of the amount of the reservation will be invoiced and debited.
d) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains entirely acquired by SAS Au Coin Du Spa.
Any additional services not used will be refunded.
