Port Albert Inn and Cottages   

Built in 1842, this historic Inn is located a 5-10 minute walk to the sandy public beach and next to the waterfalls and conservation area in beautiful Port Albert, Ontario.  The Inn has 7 bedrooms.  There are 5 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 bunk beds.  Sleeps 18 people.  We allow up to 40 people at the property.  Additional fee applies for over 18 people of $19 per person per night.  6 bedrooms are on the upper level.  1 bedroom is on the lower level and it has 1 double bed, 2 single bed,  1 single bunk, and 1 trundle bed.  There are 4 ensuite bathrooms with showers in the rooms.  8 bathrooms in total.  There is a kitchen with propane stove, oven, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, and all the regular kitchen utensiles.  There are also 2 small bar fridges, a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and BBQ.  We supply the propane for the BBQ. The Port Albert Pub is just across the street and serves lunch, and dinner items.   This unit features a large lounge with original cherry bar, a deck, patio, wifi, satellite TV.  There is a hot tub, yard, and a fire pit.  We provide the firewood for the fire pit.  All bedding linens, towels and soaps are provided for the beds.  We allow well mannered pets at this property.  Additional pet fee applies. 

The Port Albert Inn property borders the conservation area with the water falls and the Nine Mile River.  Sunset Beach in Port Albert is a 5-10 minute walk and has free parking.  Open year-round the Port Albert General Store and Village Pub is located across the street from the Inn.  The store sells fresh produce, gas, take-out food, convienience items, beer and wine at the LCBO, and fishing tackle.  The Pub serves tasty food and cold drinks.   We look forward to having you as our guest in our quiet, little river valley on Ontario's sandy west coast!
Open-year round the  Port Albert Inn and Cottages is located in the quaint village of Port Albert near the sandy shores of Lake Huron.  All the attractions in Port Albert are not more than an 8 minute walk within our tiny village. The Nine Mile River meanders through the valley and is popular with fishermen.  The Conservation Area, the waterfalls,  the foot bridge, the fish ladder, and the sandy public beach are all popular attractions.  Guests really enjoy wandering around in Port Albert's park-like setting and taking in the natural setting!  There are many attractions within a short drive of Port Albert Ontario.  We are just a 2 hour drive west from the GTA and 15 minute drive north of Goderich, Ontario.  We hope to have you as our guest soon on Ontario's sandy west Coast!
