The SKipper Apartment is inside the condominium, designed by the famous architect Daneri, in via Trento 8 in Genoa. Completely and entirely renovated in 2017, it is about 160 square meters. The apartment is divided into two connected apartments. The apartments can be rented separately or together.

The apartment with shower APP A is 96 sq m and has three bedrooms and a bathroom, an entrance hall and a living room with kitchen, it also has a balcony overlooking the city and the port entrance.
Apartment B is about 54 square meters and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

All apartments are equipped with independent heating with radiators and fans. The maximum number of beds available in the three apartments is 12 beds.

The cancellation policy depends on the rate you have chosen.

In the case of the rate with cancellation after 30 days, 100% of the total amount of the booking cost will be retained if the booking is canceled within 30 days of check-in, excluding the tourist tax and the cost of cleaning.
In the case of the rate with cancellation after 14 days, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be retained if the booking is canceled within 14 days of check-in, excluding the tourist tax and the cost of cleaning.
In the case of the non-cancellable rate, 100% of the booking amount will be retained in case of cancellation, excluding the tourist tax and the cost of cleaning.

Villa Renata in Riccione was designed by Architect Renata Dottoressa Bedetti in Gabbirellini and commissioned by her in 1973. Construction was completed in 1977. The villa has always been divided into three separate apartments: one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The ground floor apartment is called GRAN SASSO, while the first floor apartments are called ANTELAO and PELMO. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 22 people.

The property is located in the verdant and peaceful Alba district, near the Resistance Park in Riccione. Immersed in greenery and tranquility, and close to sports fields, it is ideal for those who come to compete in sporting events.
