353 Degrees North Villa is split into two sections separated by the main entrance walkway. As you walk through the front blue gate on the left is the main area of the villa featuring the open-plan living area and the Master Bedroom with En-Suite. Next to the Master Bedroom is the 4th Guest Bedroom with Bathroom opposite. On the right after you walk through the front gate are the two other Guest Bedrooms with En-Suites.

Max:
Max is our small bundle of fun villa dog who will be overjoyed to share your experience of staying at 353 Degrees North. Though he mostly comes and goes with the staff if you have allergies or objections to pets then sadly 353°N may not be for you.

GUEST ACCESS
The Villa is rented as one property for private use.
Guests have complete access to all of the villa and its grounds during their stay.

GUEST INTERACTION
Our Villa Manager is available at all times to assist with enquiries and any of the activities in our "Guest Welcome Book" you will receive. 
You will also have access to the pre-programmed villa mobile to call her on and for ordering food from the many restaurants that deliver. Menus are in a folder.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Set up on the hill overlooking Jungut Batu village and in the centre of Lembongan, the villa is a short 15-20-minute walk, or 3-minute motor scooter ride, into the main touristy area. With no immediate neighbours and a security guard at night, your privacy and security are well assured. Being up on the hill rewards you with uninterrupted views of the sunrise to sunset with Mount Agung on Bali at its centre. Nusa Lembongan is reached via regular-direct 30-minute ferry service from Sanur on Bali.

OTHER THING TO NOTE
RETURN BOAT TRANSFERS from Bali to Nusa Lembongan can be pre-booked via our Operations Manager, Kiri, once you have confirmed your accommodation at 353 Degrees North.
Note: Payment is made directly to the boat company on the day you travel.
Cost is approx. $50 (AUD) per person. Please contact us for further information.
Please note that Villa 353 Degrees North has a very friendly dog who was rescued as puppy and call 353 Degrees North home.
If you have allergies or objections to pets then sadly 353 Degrees North is not recommended.
