It is in this context that I introduce you, the apartments that I offer for rental, short or long term.

Beautiful apartment, bright and very functional type F1, on the 2nd floor without elevator, composed of a main room with double bed, an equipped and separate kitchen, and a complete shower room. It is quiet and overlooks an interior courtyard. It is located on the edge of the famous musicians district and the liveliest district of Nice, the Carré d'Or, 100 meters from Nice Etoile (ideal for shopping) and 500 meters from the SNCF train station to facilitate your travel by train . The beach with its Promenade des Anglais is only a 5-minute walk away. A Lidl hypermarket and underground parking are only 50 meters away.

Non-smoking apartment
No party or evening
Customers should avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Pets are allowed (no extra charge).
The accommodation includes steps or stairs
Security deposit: in the event of material damage to the accommodation, you may have to pay up to € 300
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
All children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 people can stay in the accommodation.
A baby cot (not supplied) can be installed in the bedroom.
Private parking is available near the apartment.

Cancellation and prepayment

Condition: Non-refundable
Cancellation: The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time.
Prepayment: The customer must pay in advance the total amount of the reservation.
Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, EuroCard / Mastercard
Customers' credit cards are pre-authorized before arrival.
The amount blocked on the customers' credit card corresponds to the total amount.
I pre-authorize customer credit cards before the free cancellation deadline.


Other conditions

The instructions to collect the keys will be sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival.
Cleaning fees are fixed, regardless of the length of your stay.
The tourist tax rate is 0.60 € per day / person.
The commission on bank charges is 2% of the total amount.
