This accommodation is non-smoking.
Indeed, it is strictly forbidden to smoke within the establishment in its entirety. The one and only tolerance remains the terrace, insofar as it is an outdoor space, thus reducing any risk, nuisance or degradation.

Respect for the neighborhood is essential.
Noise is no longer tolerated after 9:00 p.m.

Pets are accepted (additional fees of €30/pet may apply), except for dangerous or protected species, as well as category 1 or 2 dogs, considered as attack, guard and defense dogs AND only if its presence has been formally reported to the host before the start of the stay.
On the other hand, this authorization to stay with a pet does not in any way exonerate the owner of the animal from his responsibilities with regard to the accommodation and the tranquility of the neighbours. If the animal causes damage, causes the neighborhood to suffer noise pollution such as continuous barking, or if it comes to bite someone, the owner of the animal will have to answer for its actions.
It is also specified that any damage, whether committed voluntarily or not, may be subject to a deduction from the security deposit, without this being called into question by the parties.

All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the beginning of use of the premises, will not be accepted. Any repairs arising from negligence or improper maintenance during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the Tenant.
The accomodation is rented furnished as specified in the inventory of fixtures and fittings. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the Tenant on departure the total value at the replacement price of the objects, furniture or equipment that have been broken, cracked, chipped or damaged and of those that are worn beyond the normal levels during the duration of the rental.
The same applies to bedding elements, decorative elements, curtains, wallpapers, windows, or other equipment, accessories and items…

Concerning only physical reception (this does not concern automated entrances like keybox and automated locks):
For any reservation, please contact us to confirm your arrival time.
If it is impossible to receive you on the desired time slot, you will be required to cancel the reservation free of charge up to two hours before, then with a deduction of 50% between two hours before and the start time. Finally, after the arrival time, you will have to pay the reservation in full in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions, which you also have the possibility of consulting before booking and which you will also see the details, once your reservation has been made, in the booking confirmation email and on your « Trips » page.
In the event of physical reception, any delay or late arrival (after 8:00 p.m.) may be invoiced at the rate of 10 euros per 15-minute period.

An ID document may be asked to each traveler on arrival or before.
In the event of refusal (or inability to present a valid photo ID), or in the event that the rental agreement has not been validated (approved by the tenant), the access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed, without prejudice to the refund of the reservation or the associated costs.

The accommodation is occuped by the tenant on a temporary time: the tenant may under no circumstances claim it as constituting his main residence.
The owner (or his representative) may enter the premises at any time in the event of suspicion of a problem that could harm property or people (complaints from the neighborhood, injunction from the police or competent administrative authorities, occupation irregular accommodation or for any other legitimate and conclusive reason).

Finally, a security deposit of €300.00 is required before accessing the accomodation, it will be requested a few days or hours before arrival. As this is a credit card imprint, the amount will not be debited to you EXCEPT in the event of breakage, theft, damage or anomaly noted.
The amount of this imprint will be released no later than 30 days after the departure of the Tenant if the exit inventory reveals no problem and no damage to the accommodation (breakage, theft, damage caused, etc.).
If the security deposit is insufficient to settle the sums owed by the Tenant following these findings, the latter undertakes beforehand to pay any overruns by himself.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: In the event that the security deposit (bank imprint) fails and for whatever reason (insufficient funds, payment limit exceeded, blocking of online payments or other restriction linked to the use of credit card, etc.), access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed and no amount will be refunded (in particular the payment of the reservation or any down payment already paid).
Consequently, it is strongly recommended to ensure, even before validating the booking, that the CB is able to accept this deposit and as expected. Furthermore, the tenant is asked to react as quickly as possible once he has been notified of such a situation by the lessor.

It is specified here that the cleaning costs due by the traveler allow the overall cleaning of floors and surfaces, the disinfection of door handles, switches, etc. as well as the laundry of bed and bath linen (sheets, towels, etc.) in order to allow their rotation between each stay. Under no circumstances do these costs cover the dishes or the disposal of garbage cans or bulky items, which remain the responsibility of the tenant.
Additional charges may therefore apply in the event of abuse or excessive dirtiness and, where applicable, these charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

Check-in is possible from 4pm, completely independently thanks to our keybox and/or connected lock. The Landlord undertakes to communicate the procedure for entering the premises no later than the day and time of arrival.
The check-out should be done by 11am at the latest and the departure instructions, communicated by the host just before exit, must be fully respected.
Any departure after 11am will be charged 25€ per hour (unless expressly agreed by the owner).

Remembering the fundamental rules that govern the house, these regulations are available on request and must be respected by everyone, without exception, throughout your stay, failing which you may be expelled without notice upon observation of non-compliance with one of the rules and to be held responsible for it. It is therefore necessary to comply with it.
Furthermore, any person who contravenes one of these rules will be required to assume the consequences, as civil as criminal liability as financial terms (deduction from the security deposit without the possibility that this latter is called into question by one of the parties).

50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
No refund will be given after this one-month period prior to the arrival date.
