We offer concierge service to our guests from the time you book the Villa until check out. We arrange anything from airport pick up to Car/Bike rentals, activities and food delivery to bookings of boat trips, taxi and entertainment, through a group chat that we will set up shortly after your booking is confirmed.

Good to know after the booking

Children and infants are welcome and we can provide a baby cot upon request. 1 single extra bed can also be added at extra cost.

After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us before and during your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 7pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.

We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in. At night time we will prepare self check in.

There is a BBQ in the garden and we provide free charcoal and fire starter.

Electricity

Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit (kWh).

We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 250 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB.

While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
