Reserve with deposit:
-You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
-100% of the total amount will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
-You'll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel your booking.
-If you cancel less than 7 days in advance or decide to leave early after check-in, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
-No free cancellation is allowed for this rate.

Booking Terms & Conditions

-Guest Information
As part of our legal obligations, we collect basic identification details (e.g., ID or passport number) for all guests. This data is securely handled using GDPR-compliant tools.

-Age Requirement: The minimum age for the lead guest making the reservation and checking in is 21 years old. At least one guest above this age must be present during the entire stay.

-Pets
Regrettably, pets are not permitted.

-No Parties and Ethical Conduct
To maintain a peaceful environment, we do not allow parties, events, or gatherings such as hen or stag parties. We kindly ask that our guests respect social and ethical guidelines. Please refrain from causing disturbances, loud music, or engaging in activities that could disrupt your neighbors' peace.

-Respect for Neighbors
Guests are kindly asked to keep noise levels to a minimum and respect the peace and privacy of neighboring residents at all times.
Quiet hours are observed from 14:30 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

-Additional Costs
The rental rates cover electricity, mains water, cleaning, garden supplies, and local taxes. No extra charges, surcharges, taxes, staff salaries, or management fees are applied. While gratuities for household staff are encouraged, they are at the guest's discretion.

-Damage or Losses
Please treat the property and its contents with care and leave it in good condition. Be aware that seemingly minor damages may incur significant expenses due to our high standard and designer finishes. The guest is responsible for any damage, losses, or special cleaning requirements. Excessive or unacceptable damage may result in immediate eviction without compensation.

-Access
While you enjoy the property, there may be occasional access required by the owner, owner's representative, or staff for maintenance or additional services. Reasonable access should be provided when necessary.

-Number of Guests
Please ensure the number of guests adheres to the maximum occupancy specified in your booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit may affect the property's insurance coverage.

-Use of Property
All bookings are intended for holiday purposes, and the property should be used for this purpose unless otherwise agreed upon. For events or purposes other than holidays, please notify us in advance for special arrangements and approvals.

-Subletting
The property should not be sublet or assigned to others.

-Private Chefs and Catering Providers
Approved third-party catering suppliers, babysitting services, fitness instructors, beauty specialists, DJs, musicians, and entertainment services are permitted. However, chefs need prior approval to avoid compromising security or causing damage. Guests bear responsibility for any damages caused by third-party contractors.

-Conduct and Due Care
The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please ensure all guests and visitors behave appropriately and avoid any illegal or immoral activities.

-Video Surveillance
Exterior areas are monitored by cameras for security.

-The Pool
Children must be supervised around the pool, as no lifeguard is provided. Electrical devices near the pool should be handled with care.

-Valuables and Security
Guests' valuables and property are their responsibility. Please lock windows and doors when not on the premises. Any loss or damage to personal property is not the responsibility of the owner or owner's representative.

-Safety Deposit Boxes
Use the in-room safety deposit boxes for valuables. Any lost login codes should be reported immediately.

-Complaints
Please report any problems immediately for prompt resolution. Unreported issues will be considered satisfactory.

-Provisions
This is a self-catering accommodation; guests are responsible for their daily provisions. The staff can assist with purchasing provisions, which will be charged to the guest's account.

-Force Majeure
Refunds or indemnification are not provided if booking becomes impossible due to events beyond our control.

-Personal Data Protection
This agreement adheres to Greek Data Protection laws and GDPR. Guest data may be provided to national data protection authorities for compliance.

-Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Greek laws and jurisdiction. Any disputes are exclusively referred to Greek Courts.
